What to Expect

 

Sound Immersions:

​

A typical Individual Sound Immersion session begins with a brief assessment to address any concerns or questions you may have, followed by a grounding guided meditation.

During the session, you can choose to sit or lie down. While I aim to make you as comfortable as possible, feel free to bring any personal items like pillows or blankets that help you relax. Your comfort and safety are my top priority.

I may work directly on your body or above it. If there are any areas you'd prefer not to have worked on, or if you’d prefer not to be touched, just let me know. My approach is intuitive, responding to energy blockages, imbalances, or deficiencies. You may feel sensations such as heat, cold, shivers, nausea, headaches, relaxation, relief, or even no sensation at all. These reactions may arise immediately or even weeks after the session, and all are normal without any inherent positive or negative value.

Energy healing has a cumulative effect, and regular sessions can lead to lasting improvements in your well-being. At the end of each session, we will take time to check in and discuss your experience.

Through both individual and group sound immersions, I create a supportive environment that encourages deep relaxation and promotes inner healing.

Moon Circles:

​​

In Circle, we will explore the meaning and energy of each New Moon theme. I'll lead you through a guided meditation, followed by time for journaling. Then, we'll come together for an intention-setting ritual, where you'll craft something meaningful to take home with you.

With over a decade of experience guiding New Moon Circles, I create a sacred space for healing, where you can freely express your deepest thoughts and emotions. I completed my training and certification through The Wild Woman Project, led by Chris Maddox, whose inspiration shapes the themes for my New Moon Circles.
